Our stay in the Suite Superior was unforgettable! The attention to detail in the room was superb, making it cozy and inviting. Gema at the front desk was a gem—she went the extra mile with dining recommendations, including local hotspots just minutes away like El Mirador and Bar Alfalfa. Plus, we loved the lovely inner courtyard vibe, a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle.
We thought we had booked a swimming pool experience, but on arrival, the pool was empty, which was a bit of a letdown.

It was a smart choice for exploring town in Seville with great value for money. The rooftop pool was a nice treat after a long day of walking. Try to bring your own coffee. having to request more pods daily was a bit of a hassle.

The suite was beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean.
During my stay, I encountered several frustrations. The rooftop pool was not as inviting as I anticipated. I found it to be quite small and cramped, essentially shared among too many guests, which detracted from the relaxation I was hoping for. Moreover, the reception hours were limited, causing issues when I had immediate needs or inquiries. Overall, these aspects diminished what could have been a splendid stay.

I stayed in the Suite Superior as a solo traveler for 6 nights. The room was super clean and had this amazing designer vibe I loved. Very comfy bed, felt like a dream to sleep in! The decor was just on point, and I was impressed with how quiet it stayed, perfect for relaxing after long days. Plus, the rooftop pool was so serene. I almost had it all to myself. The kitchen essentials made it easy to grab a snack. just a great space overall!

Why it might work for you – or not
Incredible location just a short walk from the Cathedral! The staff, especially Gema, was genuinely helpful with local recommendations and tips! Amazing vibe!
The pool area felt a bit cramped and could use more room for relaxation. Limited front desk hours might be problematic for some.

Almost Perfect for Our Minimoon!
We enjoyed our three-night stay in the presidential suite. The plunge pool offered a nice retreat, despite a few repairs needed. Exploring the local dining spots recommended by staff was a highlight. Families should check for maintenance needs beforehand to ensure a smoother experience!

We loved the modern feel combined with a touch of history, and the private and communal terraces provided perfect spots to unwind after a long day of cycling through the city. The accommodations were well-located, with plenty of local eateries and shops nearby, making it easy to grab snacks and refreshments on our bike rides. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered us great local insights, which helped us plan our biking routes effectively.
The pool area was refreshing but lacked heating, which made it less appealing to use during cooler evenings.

The rooftop pool remains a tranquil oasis, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration, with very few guests utilizing it during my stay. The roombased amenities, especially the gluten-free breakfast options, provided added convenience and satisfaction. However, the process of ordering room service can feel a bit impersonal, and I noticed a lack of on-site dining options which could enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the adjoining streets could be somewhat noisy at night, detracting slightly from the peaceful environment.
